- Damian Stout, 20, of Troutville, disorderly conduct, July 20
- Jason Rose, 24, of Daleville, drunk in public, July 20
- Michael Huff, 32, of Troutville, eluding law enforcement, driving under the influence, July 20
- David Stavola, 43, of Roanoke, domestic assault, child abuse, vandalism, July 24
