- Norman L. Harris, 40, of Lynchburg, drunk in public, June 29
- Matthew T. Kelly, 22, of Buchanan, obstruction of justice, drunk in public, June 29
- Evan R. Bishop, 41, of Daleville, domestic assault, obstruction of justice, June 30
- Jesse E. Meredith, 27, of Buchanan, possession of ammunition by a felon, June 30
- Jeffrey A. Elkins, 56, of Roanoke, destruction of property, disorderly conduct, July 1
