• John M. Lewis Jr., 74, of Troutville, Domestic Assault, July 1
• Melvin I. Dudley, 80, of Blue Ridge, brandishing a firearm, July 3
• Deborah D. Davis, 52, of Roanoke, drunk in public July 3
• Kristen A. Fatigate, 32, of Cloverdale, drunk in public, July 3
• Danielle A. Chumbley, 20, of Vinton, driving under the influence, no operator’s license, July 3
• Sterling B. Long, 33, of Glasgow, driving under the influence, July 3
• James O. Hath Jr., 27, of Buchanan, manufacture, sell, distribute a Schedule drug, July 3
