- Megan Allock, 24, of Forest, trespassing, possession of schedule drugs, possession of controlled paraphernalia, May 23
- Thomas Stinnett, 37, of Roanoke, trespassing, possession of controlled paraphernalia, May 23
- Autumn Ferris, 43, of Blue Ridge, driving under the influence-drugs, May 23
- Charles Turner, 69, of Vinton, hit and run, May 24
- Theresha Minns, 26, of Richmond, driving revoked, May 26
- Travis Edwin Bayne, 42, of Eagle Rock, brandishing a firearm, reckless handling of a firearm, May 26
