- Richard G. Miller, 47, of Nesquehorning, Pa., drunk in public, June 9
- James M. Cassidy, 47, of Daleville, drunk in public June 10
- Theodore L. Kinman, 52, of Roanoke, possession of a Schedule drug, June 10
