- Stacy L. Hann, 54, of Buchanan, malicious wounding, abduction, strangulation, domestic assault, March 2
- Larry W. Swartz Jr., 56, of Buchanan, manufacture, sell or distribute Schedule drugs, March 2
- Tiffany L. Harlow, 28, of Eagle Rock, possession of Schedule drugs, March 3
- André E. Hutchens, 28, of Philadelphia, Pa., bomb threat, March 4
- Nathaniel A. Young, 27, of Buchanan, child abuse, domestic assault, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, March 4
- Robert W. Arnold III, 38, of Blue Ridge, driving under the influence, obstruction of justice, possession of burglary tools, possession of controlled paraphernalia, March 7
- Charles E. Thomas, 21, of Vinton, obstruction of justice, disorderly conduct, March 7
