- Leron W. Smith, 32, of Roanoke, drunk in public, February 24
- Jerry D. Lane, 35, of Columbus, Ga., drunk in public, February 24
- Melissa F. Flowers, 55, of Blue Ridge, obstruction of justice, simple assault, strangulation, February 25
- Grosbin U. Marzariego Ponce, 23, of Roanoke, three charges of assault on law enforcement officer, abduction, domestic assault, property damage, February 26
