- Jonathan L. Glass, 28, a transient, drunk in public, March 2
- Dwayne D. Stanley, 60, of Fincastle, drunk in public, March 5
- Georgina D. Shaffer, 40, of Lynchburg, shoplifting, welfare fraud, March 6
- Hayley D. Caldwell, 19, of Troutville, domestic assault, March 7
- Joseph R. Ingram, 42, of Fincastle, drunk in public, March 8
- Shawna M. Ziegler, 61, of Roanoke, domestic assault, March 9
- Lucas T. Moseley, 35, of Fincastle, possession of a firearm by a felon, brandishing a firearm, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, malicious wounding, interfering with property rights of others, March 9
- Robert P. Lazaro, 50, of Roanoke, drunk in public, March 10
- Tiffany Gibson, 32, of Troutville, driving without a license, March11
- Danielle E. Edwards, 33, of Troutville, simple assault, domestic assault, March 11
