- Chase M. Carter, 21, of Vinton, eluding, reckless driving, March 9
- James M. Williams Jr., 58, of Salem, possession of a Schedule drug, March 10
- Robert A. Moorman, 42, of Fincastle, disorderly conduct, March 11
- Brad K. Lane Jr., 39, of Princeton, W.Va., petit larceny, March 11
- Jessica W. Stacy, 40, of Fincastle, possession of a firearm by a felon, driving after forfeiture of license, March 13
- Matthew A. Chapman, 20, of Roanoke, purchase or possession of alcohol under age 21, driving after illegal consumption of alcohol, March 13
- Gregory L. Barger, 49, of Troutville, driving under the influence, eluding, obstruction of justice, providing false identity to law enforcement, March 13
