- Matthew T. Kelly, 25, of Buchanan, credit card theft, forgery and uttering, property damage, unauthorized use of a vehicle, February 27
- Jose J. Santos Vasquez, 37, of Daleville, drunk in public, February 27
- Robert L. Hinkle, 24, of Rupert, W.Va., driving under the influence, February 27
- Jason P. Caldwell, 49, of Bedford, driving under the influence, March 1
- Todd D. Lawson, 43, of Troutville, domestic assault, March 2
- Luis A. Munoz Guevara, 24, of Roanoke, domestic assault, March 2
- Abigail R. Underwood, 27, of Buchanan, drunk in public, March 2
