- Kenneth Phillips, 50, of Hot Springs, domestic assault, May 18
- Daniel Arthur, 48, of Daleville, drunk in public, property damage, May 18
- Robert Rudd, 57, of Vista, Calif., drunk in public, May 18
- Jennifer Goad, 40, of Fincastle, possession of Schedule drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of drugs, refusal, May 19
- Lori Lowell, 43, of Blue Ridge, driving under the influence, May 20
- Dashawn Kasey, 28, of Christiansburg, domestic assault, violation of a protective order, May 21
- Henry Bocock, 38, of Roanoke, domestic assault, May 21
