- Chad C. Cochran, 48, a transient, drunk in public, May 20
- Jasmine L. Stafford, 28, of Roanoke, trespassing, May 23
- Jeffrey E. Caldwell, 45, of Roanoke, domestic assault, child neglect, drunk in public, May 25
- Abdul Jabar Manan, 31, of Fredericksburg, driving under the influence, May 26
