- George A. Lane, 41, of Fincastle, petty larceny, April 27
- Marc Tucker, 36, of St. Francis, Wis., possession of a Schedule drug, April 27
- Lois L. Cornell-Cash, 70, of Glasgow, drunk in public, April 27
- Eric L. Kincaid, 21, of Roanoke, grand larceny, interfering with the property rights of another, driving revoked, April 29
- Abbi R. Boggess, 18, of Eagle Rock, brandishing a firearm, abduction, domestic assault, destruction of property, April 29
- Michael A Dodson, 58, of Troutville, drunk in public, April 30
- Antoine D. Burris, 36, of Roanoke, two charges of assault, disorderly conduct, obstruction of justice, destruction of property, May 1
