• Kathryn H. Remein, 74, of Fincastle, abuse and neglect of an incapacitated adult, obstruction of justice, November 3
• Dustin J. Reid, 31, of Lexington, trespassing, November 4
• Charles R. Stein, 18, of Buchanan, obstruction of justice, domestic assault, property damage, November 6
• Travis L. Hall, 33, of Montvale, driving revoked, November 5
