- Justin D. Larkin, 38, of Daleville, drunk in public, October 3
- Michael D. Huff, 33, of Troutville, driving under influence, October 5
- Timothy L. Bennett, 42, of Eagle Rock, malicious wounding, October 8
- Jose Abel Hernandez-Morales, 32, of Roanoke, malicious wounding, child abuse, two charges of assault, drunk in public, October 8
