- Rene Argueta Heriquez, 51, of Houston, Texas, trespassing, October 9
- Alfredo Caal Toc, 31, of Roanoke, drunk in public, October 12
- Shawna M. Ziegler, 63, of Roanoke, domestic assault, October 12
- Fredy W. Ico-Gualna, 23, of Roanoke, driving under the influence, October 12
- Derico J. Saunders, 52, of Roanoke, simple assault, strangulation, October 12
- Allan J. Weeks, 24, of Blue Ridge, domestic assault, October 13
