• Nathanial R. O’Quinn, 33, of Buchanan, domestic assault, October 16
• Beverly D. Ferris, 43, of Troutville, petit larceny, October 17
• Quinton G. Hunter, 23, of Covington, driving under the influence, hit and run, October 18
