- John D. Nichols, 31, of Bedford, driving suspended, September 24
- Danielle M. Jarvis, 40, of Roanoke, unauthorized use, identity theft, September 27
- Stacey L. Hill, 47, of Radford, driving under the influence, September 28
- Kevin G. Sweet, 50, of Daleville, drunk in public, interfering with property rights of another, September 29
- John T. Buchanan, 28, of Troutville, drunk in public, October 2
