- Sarah J. Spradlin, 45, of Montvale, breaking and entering, grand larceny, August 24
- Caleb A. Spears, 26, of Roanoke, driving under the influence, August 24
- Christopher L. Poff, 32, of Roanoke, drunk in public, August 24
- Earl M. Cook, 33, of Roanoke, possession of Schedule drugs, August 26
- Virgil L. Presgraves III, 61, of Front Royal, obstruction of justice, August 29
- James R. McDaniel, 42, of Marshall, Va., reckless driving, eluding, driving revoked, August 29
