- Jason A. Sell, 54, of Blue Ridge, domestic assault, September 13
- Melvin J. Hernandez-Argueta, 36, of Roanoke, drunk in public, domestic assault, September 13
- Todd J. Lawson, 42, of Troutville, domestic assault, obstruction of justice, September 15
- Craig A. Wilkerson, 48, of Marrero, La., drunk in public, September 16
