- John A. Clemons, 42, of Roanoke, grand larceny, obtaining money by false pretenses, giving false identity to law enforcement, August 26
- Brittany N. Chambers, 36, of Buchanan, malicious wounding, August 27
- Brandon L. Dillard, 23, of Lynch Station, drunk in public, August 27
- Linwood L. Smith, 37, of Covington, grand larceny, August 28
- Troy S. Harlow, 52, of Buchanan, simple assault, August 28
