• Juan Hernendez-Reyes, 29, of Sterling, drunk in public, September 13
• Adam J. Bryan, 31, of Natural Bridge, possession of a Schedule drug, reckless handling of a firearm, receiving stolen goods, September 15
• Paul A. Heath, 24, of Buchanan, hit and run, reckless driving, aggressive driving, September 16
• Theodore J. Bastian, 62, of Daleville, domestic assault, September 18
• Matthew S. Spangler, 35, of Roanoke, driving under the influence, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, September 19
• Matthew R. Palmieri, 28, of Troutville, drunk in public, interfering with the property rights of another, September 19
• James L. Haralson Jr., 39, of Roanoke, drunk in public, September 20
