- Morgan D. Gore, 25, of Sinks Grove, W.Va., drunk in public, November 7
- Joanne J. Weddle, 52, of Roanoke, domestic assault, November 11
- Ronald A. Salmeron, 32, of Charlotte, N.C., driving under the influence, second in five years, November 11
- Christy A. Miller, 29, of Yadkinville, N.C., drunk in public, November 12
