- Joseph B. Mullins, 48, of Buchanan, habitual offender, October 13
- Jeff K. Harvey, 48, of Rustburg, violation of a protective order, October 13
- Thomas R. Parker, 74, of Pilot, malicious wounding, October 14
- Nathan K. Mullins, 22, of Buchanan, trespassing, October 14
- Dustin W. Gusler, 21, of Buchanan, driving suspended
