Attic Productions invites you to the D. Geraldine Lawson Performing Arts Center, 7490 Roanoke Road, Fincastle, for “The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes,” adapted by Jon Jory and directed by Dixie Hartvigsen, The show runs May 15-18 and 22-25,  with Thursday and Friday performances at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday shows at 2:30 p.m.

The game is afoot—and the gears of destiny begin to turn. Step into the fog-laced alleys and brass-bolted chambers of Victorian London, where the legendary partnership of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson sparks to life amidst steam and smoke. Join them as they unravel a quartet of the most baffling cases ever to rattle the rivets of 221B Baker Street. What secret lies within the mechanical workings of a Christmas goose gone astray? Who hides behind the cipher of a clockwork cult devoted to the past? What sinister force drives a family of card players into the grip of madness? And what danger lurks beneath the polished gears of a governess’s rural estate?

See four Sherlock Holmes and four Dr. Watsons as they solve a quartet of confounding crimes. Based on four classic short stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the actors bring answers to these mysteries to the Attic stage in a unique and creative presentation.

Adult tickets are $20, students 18 and under and groups of 10 or more are $15 when paid in cash or by check at the box office. Tickets may be purchased on the Attic Productions website by visiting www.atticproductions.info. For questions or assistance with purchasing tickets you may call the box office at 540-473-1001.
