The Botetourt Badgers basketball team is holding a fundraising golf tournament on Friday, July 28 at Botetourt Golf & Swim Club. The event sponsor is Blue Ridge Financial Partners, and Bojangles is sponsoring the lunch for the event.
Lunch and registration begin at 12 noon, and the golf tournament will get underway at 1 p.m. Limited teams spots are still available.
The cost for a team of four players is $200. If anyone is interested in being a “Badger Sponsor,” the cost is $400, which includes a team of four players in the tournament and three hole sponsors. Individual and Corporate Hole Sponsor opportunities are available as well for $100.

Botetourt Badgers is a travel basketball organization made up of a rising fourth grade and a rising fifth grade team members. All of the players currently are Botetourt County residents. The Badgers’ season typically runs from June through March of each year, and the Badgers compete in various basketball tournaments throughout the region.
