The Bonsack/Blue Ridge Ruritan Club will hold its annual chicken barbecue fundraiser from 4:30-6 p.m. Saturday, May 4. Tickets are $9 for half a chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, roll and a beverage. Desserts also will be for sale. The money raised is for the Ruritans’ scholarships, veterans programs and other community projects.
