The Botetourt County Chorus will begin practice for its spring performance on Monday, January 10 at Daleville Baptist Church, just off Rt. 220 in Daleville.
Practice begins at 7 p.m. There are no auditions or fees. If Botetourt County Schools are closed due to inclement weather, practice is not held.
The upcoming concert will be “A Tribute to the Stars,” and is Grand Ole Opry style with a mix of gospel and country music. Several guest musicians and singers will be participating.
The concert will be held at Solomon’s Mission in Buchanan on Sunday, April 24, at 3 p.m., with the possibility of show on Saturday, April 23. More information on that will be released as plans progress.
All voices are most welcome, but the chorus is in need of more men and alto voices. Anyone who loves to sing is invited to join.
