- Julius J. Wendell, 35, of Roanoke, burglary, August 5
- Lebert A. Benjamin, 41, of Roanoke, unlawful use of, or injury to, telephone and telegraph lines; copying or obstructing message, August 6
- Daniel W. Carroll, 55, of Troutville, violation of a protective order, August 7
- Deandra Tucker, 28, of Roanoke, brandishing, August 7
- Terzel J. Young, 21, of Roanoke, possession of a concealed weapon, August 8
- Hope A. Brown-Walker, 56, of Roanoke, possession of Schedule drugs, August 8
- Shannon N. Bailey, 39, of Vinton, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm with a controlled substance, removing, altering, etc., serial number or other identification on firearm; selling, giving, etc., or possessing firearm without serial number
- Julio C. Landeros Ruiz, 32, of Salem, driving under the influence, August 9
- Komla Ayite, 36, of Roanoke, driving revoked, August 9
