- Dylan J. Fowler, 29, of Covington, malicious wounding, Dec. 17
- Austin S. Gibson, 30, of Buchanan, violation of a protective order, perjury, Dec. 19
- Jordan D. Zicafoose, 27, of Salem, drunk in public, Dec. 20
- Erin N. Turner, 42, of Troutville, failure to appear, Dec. 20
