- David J. Troutt, 71, of Troutville, driving under the influence, July 1
- Darryl Bolden, 42, of Roanoke, petit larceny, credit card theft, July 3
- Joshua R. Balance, 36, of Richmond, reckless driving, eluding, July 4
- Gary J. Soboll, 62, of Thaxton, drunk in public, July 5
