- Richard L. Bowles, 44, of Floyd, drunk in public, July 17
- Jose R. Del Cid, 48, of Roanoke, possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, no operator’s license, July 17
- Christie M. Dooley, 40, of Roanoke, drunk in public, July 17
- Jeanette C. Wood, 40, of Buchanan, domestic assault, July 18
- Richard L. Wood Jr., 45, of Buchanan, domestic assault, July 18
