- James S. French, 47, of Blue Ridge, obstruction of justice, assault and battery, May 20
- Rachel D. Harrell, 30, of Troutville, possession of Schedule drugs, May 21
- Ralph E. Goss, 77, of Daleville, possession of a weapon on school property, drunk in public, May 28
- Timothy D. Wood, 52, of Anchorage, Alaska, reckless handling of a firearm, possession of a firearm while under the influence, drunk in public, May 31
- David S. Underwood, 60, of Blue Ridge, assault and battery, May 31
- Jeffrey O. Reed, 29, of Lynchburg, driving under the influence, June 1
