The Botetourt County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests on October 7 and 9:
- Micheal C. Dickerson, 46, of Troutville, abandonment of an animal, Oct. 7
- Laxmi Phuyal, 30, of Troutville, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, Oct. 7
- Donald R. Hoffert, 37, of Buchanan, possession of Schedule drugs, Oct. 9
