- Sharon L. Walters, 61, drunk in public, August 9
- Lisa S. Goans, 38, of Roanoke, drunk in public, August 10
- Dustin L. Mullins, 31, of Troutville, drunk in public, obstruction of justice, domestic assault, reckless handling of a firearm, August 13
- Justin N. Cooper, 37, of Cloverdale, possession of ammunition by a felon, August 16
- Cameron B. Nicely, 33, of Troutville, drunk in public, August 17
