The monthly meeting of the Democratic Committee of Botetourt will meet on February 1 at 7 p.m., using Zoom’s format. Current Democratic Committee members will receive e-mails containing instructions for linking to the meeting. This month’s speakers will be candidates for the Democratic
Primary taking place on June 8.
Candidates for Democratic offices will make 15-minute presentations:
• 7:15 p.m.- Jennifer Carroll Foy, candidate for governor
• 7:30 p.m.- Xavier Warren, candidate for lieutenant governor
• 7:45 p.m.- Terry McAuliffe, candidate for governor
All Democrats who are not members of the Democratic Committee of Botetourt who wish to participate may request link information from Vice-Chair Lynne Bolton at lbolton5115@gmail.com. All interested citizens are invited to join in the meeting.
