The Botetourt County Historical Museum has reopened for visitors after being closed since March due to the COVIC-19 pandemic.
The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the museum is open by appointment. Call the museum at (540) 473-8394 for an appointment.
Masks are required and social distancing must be observed. A maximum of 10 visitors will be allowed in the museum at any time. The museum bookstore will be open for shopping. Call the number listed above or email botetourtcomuseum@gmail.com for more information.
The Botetourt County Historical Museum is located at 3 West Main Street, Fincastle, directly behind the historical Botetourt County Courthouse. The restored Colonel James Breckinridge Law Office is a part of the museum and open for visitation.
