The Lord Botetourt girls improved to 10-0 on the season with two shutout soccer wins last week. The Cavs won at Staunton River, 6-0, then beat Northside at home, 8-0.

Hannah Bane had a three-goal hat trick in the win in Moneta and she also had an assist. Hallie Catron, Autumn Bonhotel, and Sara Bane had one goal each in the win while Catron, Emily D’Arpa, Alexis Borovich and Mary-Randall Plunkett all had assists.

Sara Bane had the hat trick on Friday, giving both Bane twins a hat in the same week, as she scored three times and assisted on another. Hannah had four assists for the Cavs in this one.

Catron scored two goals for LB, Borovich had a goal and an assist and Plunkett and Hannah Leonard had a goal each. Sidney Keyes had an assist.

The Cavaliers were scheduled to put their unbeaten record on the line at Rockbridge Tuesday and Friday the Cavs are at Alleghany.
