Daphine Leona Jones Brown, 74, of Buchanan passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Carrie Jones; brothers, Curtis and Douglas Jones.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, David Brown,Sr.; sons and daughters-in-law, David, Jr. and Annabelle; Alex and Gina; step-daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Rob; grandchildren, Chris, Israel, Angel, Brandon, David III, Alexis, Elijah, and Xavier; brothers and sister-in-law, Emmit and Debra Jones, Ted Jones; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, June 21, at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 22, at First Baptist Church of Buchanan with the Rev. James Saunders officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
