The Buchanan Lions Club, part of Lions International, welcomed two new Lions on September 26. New Lions are Carman Carter, a long-time resident of Buchanan, and George Hayfield, the Buchanan town manager, who has an existing history with a parent and grandparent who were Lions. The club looks forward to their participation in the many projects the Lions in Buchanan participate in, serving the local community.
