On or about April 1, Route 606 (Caldwell Mountain Road) in Craig County will be closed for a pipe replacement.
The road will be closed from the intersection of Route 612 (Patterson Creek Road) to the Botetourt County line. The project is located approximately 1,100 feet east of the intersection of Caldwell Mountain Road and Patterson Creek Road.
Message boards will alert drivers of the closure and drivers will need to seek alternate routes. Local residents within the closure will be able to access their home.
The road is expected to reopen in May.
Route 600 (Breckinridge Mill Road) is scheduled to be closed beginning April 6 at 8 a.m. for a concrete slab installation. This structure is located 1.50 miles from Route 666 (Haymakertown Road) and 0.75 miles from Route 665 (Lee Road). The road is scheduled to reopen on April 9 at 4 p.m.
