Carlotta (Carly) Rhodes-Smail was born in Roanoke to Barry and Laurie Rhodes on September 1, 1978. Carly slipped away July 21, 2021 after a battle with cancer. She leaves behind her loving and devoted husband, Freddie, and their pet pig, Hazel.
A celebration of her life will be held at their home at 10715 E. Gobbler Dr., Floral City, Florida, 34436, on September 5. Her and Freddie’s families would like to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers and condolences during this very sad time.
