On Thursday, August 3, close to 30 people celebrated Veteran Jack Cassell’s 97th birthday, with a meal and cake provided by Mission BBQ. The restaurant invites all veterans to come there on Saturday, November 11 for a free meal in honor of Veterans Day.
The Troutville Sunshine Girls will have their annual Veterans Day program and lunch on Friday, November 10, at 11 a.m. in Troutville. For more information to sign up a veteran for the program, call 540-819-6335.
