Cantata at St. Mark’s UMC

The Chancel Choir of St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, Daleville invites the community to share in their presentation of “Sanctuary,” a cantata written by Joseph Martin, to be presented on Sunday, April 13 at 10 a.m.  Sanctuary is a service in song that conveys in many ways in which the seeker finds shelter and safety in the grace of Christ.  As the cantata shares moments in the Saviour’s life, we discover, by His example, the faithfulness of God’s promises to His people. Through scripture, narration, familiar and original songs Martin crafts an inspiring service that offers a time of spiritual comfort and hope.  The choir is conducted by Deborah Wiley and accompanied by Cara Hubbard.
