Mount Olivet Christmas Bazaar November 30
Mount Olivet United Methodist Church will have its annual Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, November 30, beginning at 8 a.m. Breakfast and lunch will be available. Christmas gifts made by the Mt. Olivet Quilters will be for sale, too.

Fellowship lunch, concert at Springwood Baptist
Springwood Baptist Church invites everyone to the worship service on Sunday, December 8, at 11 a.m. The service will be led by Pastor Mike Anderson. A special concert provided by a group of local musicians will begin at 1 p.m.
After the service and before the concert, there will be a time of fellowship with a soup and sandwich lunch, and cake for dessert.
Mt. Joy Christmas program
Mt. Joy Church of the Brethren will be holding a Christmas program on Dec. 14 at 6 p.m. The church is located at 2565 Buffalo Road in Buchanan. All are invited.
Donations requested for Springwood Cemetery repair
Springwood Baptist Church has approved a contract of $5,000 for stonework in the “old” cemetery. Approximately 29 marked stones will be straightened and leveled, along with reassembling many broken stones.

Sale at Cloverdale Thrift Store
Cloverdale Church of the Brethren Thrift Store has a large selection of sweaters and jackets for the entire family. Start Christmas decorating early– the store has lots of antique and collectible ornaments available. Hours are 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Saturday. Donations are greatly appreciated.
Eagle Rock UMC needs a new heat pump
Eagle Rock United Methodist Church is now accepting donations to the Building and Maintenance Fund for the upcoming replacement of a heat pump. Friends and family of the church are asked to consider a contribution.
