Daleville Baptist Revival begins Sunday
Kenny Grant will again be doing a revival at Daleville Baptist Church, located at 375 Orchard Drive, Daleville.
He comes from Savannah, Ga., and is pastor of Calvary Baptist Temple. He is a past Marine Corps Drill Instructor, and has been doing revival services at Daleville Baptist since 2008. Everyone seems to enjoy his humor, teaching, and wisdom of the Bible.
Services will be Sunday Sept. 13 at 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m., and Monday through Wednesday at
7 p.m. each night. Special music will be presented at each service. A nursery will be provided.
God’s Pit Crew fundraiser in Buchanan September 30
God’s Pit Crew will hold a fundraiser assembling Children’s Play Pails on September 30 at the Botetourt Event Center on Lee Highway in Buchanan. The following items are needed: fleece blankets, coloring books and crayons, water and Kool-Aid singles, small stuffed animals, baby wipes, small packs of tissues, kids toothpaste and toothbrushes, kids snacks, small flashlights, comb/brush, and very small toys.
