Austin graduates from Virginia Bankers Association program
Ashley M. Austin was among the 47 Virginia bankers who graduated from the Virginia Bankers Association Management Development Program. Austin is a Credit Analyst who is based out of Bank of Botetourt’s Loan Servicing Center in Troutville.
The Management Development Program lasts five months and is designed for bankers who have developed a passion for banking and want to enhance their knowledge of the business side of the industry. Graduates attended five sessions that concentrated on an area of bank management and personal development with the purpose of learning concepts that can have a positive impact on their careers.
Ashley has over 11 years of experience in banking with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Radford University. She is a native of Botetourt County and a current resident of the Blue Ridge area.
Chartered in 1899, Bank of Botetourt operates 12 retail offices in Botetourt, Rockbridge, Roanoke, and Franklin counties and in the City of Salem. Bank of Botetourt also operates a mortgage division, Virginia Mountain Mortgage, and a financial services division, Botetourt Wealth Management.
