Eagle Rock Fire and Rescue Department is hosting a chili cook-off on March 18 from 3-6 p.m. (snow date March 25). Organizers are in need of contestants to bring their chili for judging by the community. There is no entry fee. Deadline for entries is March 5. For more information, call 588-5348.
The department will be selling chili as well. The meal will consist of a choice of chicken or beef chili, grilled cheese sandwich or cornbread and a drink for $6. Desserts will be sold separately.
