“Gospel Favorites” will be presented by the Botetourt County Chorus at Mill Creek Baptist Church on Sunday, April 14. The concert will begin at 3 p.m., directed by Rosalyn Shimp and accompanied by Lillian Cook.
Several solos will be performed and special guest, Jason Hogancamp, will present a few tunes. Songs included will be “Sweet, Sweet Spirit,” “Just a Little Talk With Jesus,” “O Happy Day,” “Sheltered in the Arms of God,” “My Tribute,” and many more.
The concert is free, but donations will be accepted during the concert to help the choral group defray expenses. Those donations help to buy music and pay for venues, plus many other expenses.
