The Botetourt Democratic Committee will hold its May 4 meeting using the Zoom virtual format. The meeting will occur at its usual 7 p.m. hour. An invitation email will be sent to all committee members, providing the necessary information and “link” to be able to join the meeting on that day and time.
The guest speaker will be Dr. Thomas Kerkering, Infectious Disease Specialist and COO for Covid-19 with the Roanoke-Alleghany Health Department. He will provide a brief overview and respond to questions concerning the pandemic for about 30 minutes. Also, on the agenda will be a discussion of the upcoming caucus and elections.
Any Democrats, who are not currently members of the committee but interested in participating in this meeting, may do so by emailing their name and email address to Democratic Committee Chair Kathy Kerkering at kwkerkering@gmail.com
